Why should I create an account?
Creating an account speeds up the process of ordering from us in the future. You won’t have to fill out the contact or billing information again. No credit card information is stored during this process.
Is my account and credit card information safe?
Absolutely. Our site utilizes Comodo SSL certificates with 256-bit encryption. What that means is that communications between your browser and our site's web servers are private and secure. We strive to maintain a security system that is up-to-date and has the latest security options incorporated into it for the safety and ease of our customers. And no credit card information is stored on our servers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
What does shipping cost and when does my order ship after being placed?
Standard Shipping orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days and Express orders ship the next business day.
In the event that your shirt choice is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail. If that happens, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. We'll try to get your shirt out to you faster than that, but it could take that long.
In any case, it’ll be worth the wait!
Twisted Tease offers original t-shirt designs in a number of colors and sizes. Some minor irregularities may occur in the printing, making each shirt one of a kind.
In some cases, the the actual t-shirt you received may differ slightly from the look of the representations of the shirts on this site. We try to keep this situation at a minimum, but it does happen sometimes. In keeping with our high standards, we may substitute another item for the ones you see here, depending on what's available at the time of your order.
Prices for Standard US shipping start at around $6 for one item and will increase with the number of items in your cart.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE : All International shipping starts @ $14.95. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information (make sure your email software does not filter out emails from the Postal Service). You can obtain your order status by emailing us, and please include your order number. Please note that your credit card will be charged the day after you place your order; our system can't hold pre-authorizations for more than a few days. Shipping is determined by actual cost. Twisted Tease, Ltd. uses USPS priority mail for all t-shirts shipping.

We will ship worldwide after receipt of your verified credit card purchase in US dollars. No P.O. boxes
Can I order by mail or phone?
At this time we are unable to process orders by phone.We do accept orders by mail and you can send a money order (we don't accept checks) for the total amount along with your order. The best way is to go on our site and go through the order process. When you get to the screen that asks for payment info, etc., print out that page and send it along with your money order (that way you'll know the exact total to send). Then send your order info and payment to the following address:

Am I charged sales tax?
If you have an Illinois address, then yes. No sales tax will be applied to orders from other states. A flat 9.5% sales tax will be applied to all orders with a Illinois address.
How do your shirt sizes run?
We sell various brands of high-quality 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirts. Here's the size chart for the shirts we sell (these are men's sizes):
Size Scale (Chest)
Small: 34-36
Medium: 38-40
Large: 42-44
X Large: 46-48
2XL: 50-52
3XL: 54-56
Can I return an item?
For RETURNS, items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition WITHIN 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. DO NOT RETURN items to us that have been worn or washed, or are outside the 7-day return time.
WE WILL NOT SEND THEM BACK TO YOU. Please note that all SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Subject to the same restrictions listed above on return items, you may also EXCHANGE any items within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will need to send a check or money order payable to Twisted Tease to cover the shipping costs for your exchange item(s), or you can PayPal the shipping charges to PayPal@twistedtease.com.
The SHIPPING CHARGES are $6 FOR THE FIRST ITEM, and $3 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. If you are exchanging 2 items, for example, you will need to send $9 in payment to cover the exchange shipping costs.

Suspicious Orders
To minimize the incidence of fraud we reserve the right to refuse to process any orders that have suspicious or inconsistent information contained in them. In particular, orders with unusual addresses will be closely scrutinized. If we choose not to process your order you will receive an email notifying you of such and any credit card charges incurred will be promptly refunded (or voided depending on the circumstances).
If you still wish to place an order after we have cancelled it, you will need to send a money order for the full amount (no checks permitted) to our business address. See the Can I Order by Mail or Phone? section above for details.
